  • Join the L2 Support team for the US West region, based in Palo Alto.
  • Split time between Palo Alto and our San Francisco location.
  • Maintain internal IT infra: email/calendar, onboarding, network, SaaS, assets.
  • Design, implement, operate, and troubleshoot systems in physical and cloud environments.
  • Automate tasks and develop self-service knowledge resources.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in end-user support.
  • Strong desire to grow technically.
  • MacOS and Apple hardware administration (AST/DEP/GST).
  • Windows/PC environments familiarity.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Zoom, Slack.
  • JAMF, Meraki, Oomnitza experience.
  • AI tooling, automation, and project management a plus.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
