- Join the L2 Support team for the US West region, based in Palo Alto.
- Split time between Palo Alto and our San Francisco location.
- Maintain internal IT infra: email/calendar, onboarding, network, SaaS, assets.
- Design, implement, operate, and troubleshoot systems in physical and cloud environments.
- Automate tasks and develop self-service knowledge resources.
π― Requirements
- 4+ years in end-user support.
- Strong desire to grow technically.
- MacOS and Apple hardware administration (AST/DEP/GST).
- Windows/PC environments familiarity.
- Experience with Zendesk, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Zoom, Slack.
- JAMF, Meraki, Oomnitza experience.
- AI tooling, automation, and project management a plus.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
