📋 Description

• Provide end-user and systems IT support for internal users.
• Own IT automation, platform ownership, and scalable processes.
• Support identity, endpoints, SaaS, and office infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering.
• Contribute to repeatable IT solutions for a growing, distributed workforce.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in IT support or IT operations.
• IAM platforms administration (Okta or equivalent).
• MDM for macOS/Windows (Jamf/Intune).
• ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar).
• User lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding).
• VDI deployment and support experience.
• Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell; Terraform.
• On-call rotations and after-hours support.
