IT Support/Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Escalate and resolve day-to-day hardware/software issues on Mac and Windows.
• Manage user lifecycle: provisioning, deprovisioning, and access across systems.
• Own IT onboarding: laptop setup and account configuration.
• Maintain and improve office IT infrastructure for reliability.
• Build and maintain self-serve knowledge base.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and vendor relations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years IT support and administration in fast-paced environment.
• Google Workspace, Kandji MDM, Okta IdM/SSO, and video conferencing tools.
• macOS administration at scale; Windows environment knowledge.
• Hands-on automation tools; streamline IT processes.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused support.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
