  • Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-focused communication.
  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
