  • Management of IT Support team; set objectives, develop skills, and maintain team spirit.
  • Software administration: manage access to tools, account creation, rights management, and audits.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: provisioning equipment, device prep, and integrating new employees; coordinate with partners and freelancers.
  • Security Compliance: monitor IT security metrics and enforce internal IT policies.
  • Helpdesk: provide support for teams in Paris and remotely; handle tickets and training.
  • Training: organize global trainings; build knowledge base and monitoring tools.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Prior IT Manager experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Comfort with Apple environments and SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Notion).
  • Understanding of security and compliance: data protection, access rights; ISO 27001 or SOC 2 bonus.
  • Rigorous, autonomous and pragmatic.
  • Strong communication; interface daily with Pennylane teams and present IT roadmap.
  • Fluent in English and French.
