- Proven end-user support leadership with clear processes and outcomes.
- Experience building metrics (KPIs, SLAs) with continuous improvement.
- Strong Windows/macOS endpoint experience; peripherals.
- Experience delivering workplace tech projects; AV deployments and vendor mgmt.
- ITSM practice including incident, request, problem, knowledge; ServiceNow preferred.
