- Solid networking fundamentals, VPN clients, and MFA troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with occasional travel between sites and limited out-of-state travel.
- Nice to have: CompTIA A+/Network+, ACMT, Microsoft/Apple certs, ITIL Foundation.
