- Hands-on with Jamf, Intune, and ITSM platforms (e.g., Freshservice).
- Strong networking, VPN, and MFA troubleshooting.
- Travel between sites and limited out-of-state travel.
- Nice to have: CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL Foundation, Jamf 200+.
