🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on with Jamf, Intune, and Freshservice ITSM.
- Solid networking fundamentals, VPN clients, and MFA troubleshooting.
- Occasional site travel; limited out-of-state travel.
- Nice to have: CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL, and vendor certs.
