🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Jamf, Intune, and ITSM platforms (Freshservice).
- Networking fundamentals, VPN clients, and MFA troubleshooting.
- Occasional travel between sites and limited out-of-state travel.
- Nice to have: CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL Foundation, Jamf 200+.
