🎯 Requirements

- 1+ year of managerial or project leadership.
- SaaS stack experience: Office 365/Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs for 400+ users.
- Mac and Windows end-user support experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+/Cloud+/Security+; CISSP/CISM preferred.
