📋 Description

  • Provide first-line tech support for software, hardware, and networking
  • Answer customer calls and log support requests in the helpdesk
  • Manage and progress assigned tickets, ensuring documentation is complete
  • Escalate issues when required while maintaining clear communication
  • Take ownership of personal workload to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain centralized documentation of customer networks and services

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous IT support/helpdesk experience
  • Minimum 1 year of technical support experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft stack: Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012 R2+, Azure, Microsoft 365
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
