🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years IT end-user support experience
- Windows and macOS operating systems
- Lenovo and Apple hardware
- Networking concepts; Zoom/RingCentral experience a plus
- English and Polish communication; strong teamwork
- Mac desktop OS certification; PMP a plus
