🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT support or technical operations in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting across macOS and cloud tools.
  • Experience with Fleet, Okta, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack.
  • Excellent communication and organization; convey tech to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with A/V and Zoom Rooms.
  • Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
  • Willing to lift up to 20kg.
  • Willing to travel within North America and Europe; occasional schedule adjustments.
