- 3+ years in IT support or technical operations in fast-paced environments.
- Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting across macOS and cloud tools.
- Experience with Fleet, Okta, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack.
- Excellent communication and organization; convey tech to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with A/V and Zoom Rooms.
- Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
- Willing to lift up to 20kg.
- Willing to travel within North America and Europe; occasional schedule adjustments.
