  • Strong MacOS, Windows Active Directory, and Google Suite knowledge.
  • Experience managing desktops, laptops, and enterprise networks.
  • Mobile devices, VPNs, and Apple product experience desirable.
  • Professional, service-oriented and clear communicator.
  • Experience configuring video conferencing (Zoom) and equipment.
