🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years IT HelpDesk experience.
- Strong Apple systems/software knowledge.
- Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence skills.
- Scripting knowledge: Ruby, Bash, Python.
- Imaging/endpoint tooling: DEP, Munki, Chef, JAMF.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
