📋 Description

  • Provide technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Respond to queries in person, email, Slack, or ticketing system.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Apple systems and software.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Proficient with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Scripting basics (Ruby, Bash, Python) and endpoint tools (DEP, Munki, JAMF).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills; independent worker.
