🎯 Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Apple systems and software.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence.
- Proficient with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Scripting basics (Ruby, Bash, Python) and endpoint tools (DEP, Munki, JAMF).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills; independent worker.
