🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of IT HelpDesk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apple systems and software.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Understanding of script execution and troubleshooting (Ruby, Bash, Python).
- Experience with imaging/endpoint tools (DEP, Munki, Chef, JSS).
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently.
- Empathetic, humble, and customer-service oriented.
