📋 Description

  • Provide technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Respond to queries in person, email, Slack, or tickets.
  • Provide in-person IT HelpDesk support for Stripe employees, contingent workers, and vendors.
  • Set up desks and audit peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware (macOS, Chrome OS, iOS) and run diagnostics.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and onboarding materials.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT HelpDesk experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple systems and software.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Understanding of script execution and troubleshooting (Ruby, Bash, Python).
  • Experience with imaging/endpoint tools (DEP, Munki, Chef, JSS).
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently.
  • Empathetic, humble, and customer-service oriented.
