🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Intune in production across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (user mgmt, groups, RBAC, Conditional Access).
- MDM principles and device compliance in BYOD environments.
- Windows 11 troubleshooting and macOS proficiency; iOS/Android enrolment experience.
- Experience implementing MFA and access control policies; Exchange Online/Teams support.
- Basic networking (IP, DNS, VPN, firewall) and BYOD policy enforcement.
