🎯 Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
- Experience with ticketing systems: Service Cloud, Zendesk, Jira.
- MDM knowledge (Intune preferred).
- Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
