📋 Description

  • Act as 1st line IT support; flexible for rotation shifts.
  • Support Cyara staff globally.
  • Troubleshoot wireless and wired networks.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Prioritize requests and meet SLAs; deliver excellent customer service.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 5 years IT experience, incl. 3 years in IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
  • Experience with ticketing systems: Service Cloud, Zendesk, Jira.
  • MDM knowledge (Intune preferred).
  • Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
