Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and accounts issues via tickets
Diagnose macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android and SaaS apps (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub)
Troubleshoot enrollment, config profiles, and policy enforcement
Manage access and lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, reorgs
Handle escalations with cross-team coordination
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours issues

🎯 Requirements

5-7+ years IT support in fast-paced environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting macOS endpoints; ChromeOS, iOS, Android
Google Workspace admin experience
Slack admin and SaaS tool administration
Identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory
