Document IT workflows; suggest automation; create Slack workflows.

🎯 Requirements

3-8 years IT administration experience, preferably SaaS environment.
Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, AWS, and identity management tools.
Familiarity with security best practices and IT compliance.
Ability to work independently and respond to requests promptly.
Excellent communication skills in English.
