π― Requirements
- IT support experience (1st/2nd line or similar)
- macOS, ChromeOS, VPNs and SaaS apps (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365)
- AV/meeting room and Office network troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Excellent communication; proactive and patient
- Microsoft 365 provisioning, license assignment, groups, Teams/SharePoint basics
- Intune device management: enrollment, compliance, app deployment
