IT Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Support and administer Microsoft Intune across Windows 11, iOS, and Android (BYOD enrolment and compliance enforcement).
• Maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, update rings, and app deployments.
• Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and endpoint lifecycle processes.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID including user lifecycle management, group management, and RBAC.
• Configure and maintain Conditional Access policies and MFA controls.
• Assist with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) role assignments and access reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Intune in production (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android).
• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, user mgmt, groups, RBAC, and Conditional Access.
• Solid understanding of device compliance and BYOD in a modern environment.
• Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting and macOS knowledge.
• Experience with iOS and Android device enrolment and policy enforcement.
• PowerShell scripting for automation or reporting.
