  • Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on onboarding/offboarding across hardware and systems.
  • Ability to independently manage onsite IT support and operations.
  • Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong track record of ticket resolution and escalation.
  • Detail-oriented with experience maintaining documentation and tracking inventory.
  • Willingness to support broader office operations, including packages, seating, and People team needs.
