- Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

π― Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on onboarding/offboarding across hardware and systems.
- Ability to independently manage onsite IT support and operations.
- Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and ticketing systems.
- Strong track record of ticket resolution and escalation.
- Detail-oriented with experience maintaining documentation and tracking inventory.
- Willingness to support broader office operations, including packages, seating, and People team needs.
