  • Provide excellent customer service and timely IT support for our global workforce via ticketing system, Slack channel/DM requests, and/or in-person support
  • Onboarding/offboarding: provisioning system access, setting up workstations, hardware inventory, onboarding sessions, access termination, IT communications
  • Maintain endpoints with Intune and Kandji MDM; perform regular audits for accuracy and compliance
  • Contribute to IT projects to increase business efficiency and productivity
  • Provide AV support for meetings/events and after-hours on-call

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years in fast-paced corporate IT
  • Advanced knowledge of macOS and Windows
  • Advanced proficiency in MDM solutions (certifications bonus)
  • Proficient with core IT systems and IT management tools
  • Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems
  • Experience troubleshooting AV and conferencing equipment
