IT Support Administrator, Projects

📋 Description

• Own and administer the annual hardware refresh program using SCCM, Intune, Jamf.
• Plan, manage IT Support projects in Jira; maintain dashboards for visibility.
• Drive day-to-day project operations; ensure milestones on time and within budget.
• Document processes and project knowledge in Confluence.
• Monitor progress and deliver reports on milestones, status, risks, and completion.
• Intern hardware lifecycle management: onboarding/offboarding via AD, Intune, Jamf.
• Lead IT technicians; train on key tools and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ years IT support, project coordination, and hardware lifecycle.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on Jira, Confluence, Jamf, Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Excel experience for data analysis and reporting.
