  • Remote phone-based Call Center / Help Desk / Service Desk support
  • Own, track, troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests
  • Resolve incidents daily to meet SLAs
  • Manage incidents, problems and requests per SLAs
  • Communicate with technology customers to provide status updates
  • Proactively escalate issues not solvable within timeframes

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years in IT Service/Help Desk environment
  • Office 365 Support (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.)
  • CompTIA A+ certification required within 90 business days
  • Public Trust Clearance: US citizen/Green Card holder (3 yrs) and tax compliant
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Active Listening and Effective Communication skills
