- Familiar with MDM (Jamf/Intune) and macOS/Windows environments.
- Good OS knowledge; support upgrades and device compliance.
- Automation-first mindset to reduce manual tasks.
- Experience with remote teams and asynchronous communication.
- Excellent written communication and service orientation.
- Fluent English (US/UK) or FR; B2 level.
- Enthusiasm for Convexity environment.
