🎯 Requirements
- Excellent English (American/British/Australian) communication.
- ≥2 years as a 2nd or 3rd line IT Support Engineer.
- Degree in CS/IS or 4+ years IT experience.
- Mac OS X UI and user-config settings.
- Windows 10 Enterprise OS, Azure AD and Intune familiarity.
- Networking fundamentals; TCP/IP; wired/wireless.
- G Suite or Active Directory experience.
- Jamf and Apple Business Manager/DEP familiarity.
