  • Provide first and second-line IT support for Mac, Windows, VoIP, and video conferencing.
  • Respond to service desk requests with solutions based on existing documentation.
  • Perform routine maintenance, manage user accounts, and document fixes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for IT processes.
  • Manage laptop/desktop lifecycle, provisioning, and asset disposal per policy.
  • Serve as regional IT contact and educate staff on IT processes.

  • 2+ years in 1st or 2nd line IT support.
  • Degree in CS/Information Systems or 2+ years IT experience.
  • MacOS UI and user settings expertise.
  • Windows 10/11 Enterprise OS, Azure AD, and Intune admin.
  • Experience with Active Directory and G Suite.
  • Jamf and DEP/Apple Business Manager knowledge.
