🎯 Requirements

2+ years of 1st/2nd line IT support experience
MacOS UI and user-configurable settings expertise
Windows 10/11 Enterprise, Azure AD, and Intune
Jamf, Apple Business Manager, DEP familiarity
Active Directory / Google Workspace admin
IT asset management and lifecycle documentation
