- Serve as primary IT contact for SF/NYC office, in-person support 5 days/week
- Troubleshoot macOS/Windows, SaaS apps, identity (SSO/SAML), networking, AV
- Own reliability of office tech: WiFi, conference rooms, printers; coordinate with vendors
- Lead onsite onboarding: device setup, account access readiness, office setup

π― Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on IT support/IT ops in fast-paced env
- Troubleshoot macOS/Windows devices (hardware, OS, peripherals)
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Notion, and MDM (Jamf)
- IAM concepts: provisioning, least privilege, SSO, SAML
- Onsite work in NYC or SF, 5 days/week
- Nice-to-haves: startup exp, scripting/automation, Okta cert, Zoom Rooms
