  • Serve as primary IT contact for SF/NYC office, in-person support 5 days/week
  • Troubleshoot macOS/Windows, SaaS apps, identity (SSO/SAML), networking, AV
  • Own reliability of office tech: WiFi, conference rooms, printers; coordinate with vendors
  • Lead onsite onboarding: device setup, account access readiness, office setup
  • Run lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) with People & Security; secure offboarding
  • Manage hardware inventory from procurement to retirement

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on IT support/IT ops in fast-paced env
  • Troubleshoot macOS/Windows devices (hardware, OS, peripherals)
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Notion, and MDM (Jamf)
  • IAM concepts: provisioning, least privilege, SSO, SAML
  • Onsite work in NYC or SF, 5 days/week
  • Nice-to-haves: startup exp, scripting/automation, Okta cert, Zoom Rooms
