IT Services Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1st-3rd tier IT support for SpaceX staff.
• Manage on-site inventory and lifecycle of IT assets.
• Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, in person and remotely.
• Configure desktops, printers, and large multifunction printers.
• Configure non-traditional network devices and interface with SpaceX infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years building, deploying, and troubleshooting computers, hardware, and IP networks.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with MacOS and Linux environments.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, MCSE preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communications; able to work independently.
