π― Requirements
- 3-5 years IT support experience; troubleshoot macOS and Windows
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Understanding of TCP/IP networks and basic troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Experience with MDM solutions such as Intune and Kandji
