  • Provide technical support to end-users via in-person, video, phone, chat, and ticketing.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals on-site and remotely.
  • Track, resolve, and escalate technical issues using the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Support mobile and computing devices, including phones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, inventory, and configurations.
  • Meet or exceed SLAs and assist with projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of IT Service Desk Technician experience.
  • Basic networking and hardware skills.
  • Microsoft 365, Windows, and Mac OS skills.
  • Strong customer service and written/verbal communication.
