📋 Description

  • Actively manage the service desk queue; respond to user queries with priority.
  • Process hardware and software requests via the ticketing system from diagnosis to solution.
  • Provide training and support on IT topics: software, email, networking, OS updates, printers.
  • Support meeting room tech and video conferencing during presentations.
  • Manage user access and security for Benevity software.
  • Review patches, updates, and new products to improve IT infrastructure.
  • Keep IT docs, processes, and knowledge base current.
  • Support Launchpad onboarding IT provisioning for new hires.

🎯 Requirements

  • A post-secondary qualification in IT or equivalent experience (minimum of five years)
  • Current or in-progress certification in hardware/software troubleshooting (e.g., A+, Network+)
  • Practical experience with Okta Workflows and Universal Directory
  • Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience in a corporate IT setting, with knowledge in DNS, SMTP, Firewalls/NAT, and WIFI
  • Strong familiarity with macOS and Kandji for Apple device management
