- Lead 6-8 service desk agents across LA, Atlanta, Florida
- Own service desk ops: tickets, escalations, end-user expectations
- Drive IT projects to strengthen service desk and tooling
- Own IT asset lifecycle across locations
- Improve support processes, docs, and tooling to scale
- Coordinate escalations and deployment communications; support compliance
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in IT support or service desk; at least 2 years in management or team lead capacity
- Experience managing distributed support operations across multiple locations
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and iOS/Android environments
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and identity platforms
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and project management
- Primarily onsite 5 days a week with occasional remote work
