  • Lead 6-8 service desk agents across LA, Atlanta, Florida
  • Own service desk ops: tickets, escalations, end-user expectations
  • Drive IT projects to strengthen service desk and tooling
  • Own IT asset lifecycle across locations
  • Improve support processes, docs, and tooling to scale
  • Coordinate escalations and deployment communications; support compliance

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT support or service desk; at least 2 years in management or team lead capacity
  • Experience managing distributed support operations across multiple locations
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and iOS/Android environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and identity platforms
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and project management
  • Primarily onsite 5 days a week with occasional remote work
