- Administer and escalate support for SaaS platforms.
- Implement policies, deployment, patching, and security for Macs/Windows.
- Own lifecycle management of core collaboration and endpoint tools.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows (Python, PowerShell, Okta Workflows).
- Monitor system health and performance; escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with Security/Engineering/HR/Legal on SaaS integrations.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years supporting SaaS collaboration tools and endpoint mgmt.
- Strong cross-functional communication across technical and non-technical teams.
- Deep knowledge of email delivery, IT security, and IAM concepts.
- Understanding RBAC and permissions across core SaaS apps.
- Scripting and automation experience (Python, PowerShell).
- Migration experience: Office365 to Google Workspace is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
