Administer and escalate support for SaaS platforms.
Implement and maintain policies, patching, and security for Mac/Windows with Jamf/Intune.
Own lifecycle management across core collaboration and endpoint platforms.
Develop automation scripts and workflows (Python, PowerShell, Okta Workflows).
Monitor system health, performance, and usage; escalate as needed.
Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, Legal to align SaaS tools with infra.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or comparable experience.
5+ years supporting SaaS collaboration tools and Mac/Windows endpoints.
Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts.
Understanding of RBAC and permissions model across core SaaS apps.
Scripting and automation experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Migration experience from MS Office365 to Google Workspace is a plus.
