- Administer and escalate support for SaaS platforms.
- Manage policies, deployment, patching, and security for Mac/Windows endpoints.
- Own lifecycle management for core collaboration and endpoint platforms.
- Develop automation scripts/workflows (Python, PowerShell, Okta Workflows).
- Monitor system health and performance; proactively resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, and Legal to align SaaS tools with infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or comparable experience).
- 5+ years supporting SaaS collaboration tools and Mac/Windows endpoints.
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts.
- Understanding of RBAC and permissions across core SaaS apps.
- Scripting and automation experience; migration from Office365 to Google Workspace a plus.
