- Own lifecycle management of core SaaS and endpoints.

- Monitor health and performance; escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, Legal on integrations.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or comparable experience).
- 5+ years in SaaS collaboration tools and Mac/Windows endpoint management.
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts.
- Understanding RBAC and permissions model across core SaaS apps.
- Scripting and automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Okta Workflows).
