Administer and escalate support for SaaS platforms.
Implement policies, deployment, patching, and security for Mac/Windows endpoints (Jamf, Intune).
Own lifecycle management across core collaboration and endpoint platforms.
Develop automation scripts and workflows to boost admin efficiency (Python, PowerShell).
Monitor system health and usage; proactively resolve or escalate issues.
Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, and Legal to align SaaS tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or comparable experience).
5+ years supporting SaaS collaboration tools and Mac/Windows endpoint management.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts.
Scripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
Migration experience from Office365 to Google Workspace is a plus.
