🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (or equivalent).
- 5+ years in SaaS collaboration tools and Mac/Windows endpoint management.
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of email delivery, IT security, and IAM concepts.
- RBAC and permissions model across core SaaS apps.
- Scripting/automation experience; migration to Google Workspace a plus.
