- Act as the L3 escalation point for SaaS and app issues.
- Manage the SaaS lifecycle: onboarding, access, renewals, deprovisioning.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 5+ years in IT Operations or SaaSOps in a modern enterprise environment.
- Hands-on with SaaS platforms: Google Workspace, GitHub, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian Suite, Notion.
- SaaS governance: license tracking, spend optimization, and vendor mgmt; IdPs: Okta, Google Identity.
- Strong metrics, reporting, and documentation skills; SSO/MFA/Zero Trust experience.
- ITIL/ITSM familiarity for incident, change, and asset management.
