  • Facilitate full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, offers.
  • Manage a large number of openings and high-volume candidate flow.
  • Identify and qualify candidates for technical roles through in-depth interviews.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and the external candidate pipeline.
  • Partner with the delivery team to stay ahead of current and future requirements.
  • Build long- and short-term talent pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years high-volume headhunting experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse experience a plus)
  • Experience in cold calling and sourcing candidates in a confidential manner
  • Proven track record in identifying, interviewing, and qualifying senior and strategic talent
  • Self-starter with autonomy and initiative
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills
