Facilitate full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, offers.
Manage a large number of openings and high-volume candidate flow.
Identify and qualify candidates for technical roles through in-depth interviews.
Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and the external candidate pipeline.
Partner with the delivery team to stay ahead of current and future requirements.
Build long- and short-term talent pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years high-volume headhunting experience (agency experience preferred)
Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse experience a plus)
Experience in cold calling and sourcing candidates in a confidential manner
Proven track record in identifying, interviewing, and qualifying senior and strategic talent
Self-starter with autonomy and initiative
Highly organized with effective time management skills
