π― Requirements
- 2-3 years high-volume headhunting experience (agency experience preferred)
- Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse experience a plus)
- Experience in cold calling and sourcing candidates in a confidential manner
- Proven track record in identifying, interviewing, and qualifying senior and strategic talent
- Self-starter with autonomy and initiative
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
