Serve as IT PM and Scrum Master for agile teams; ensure practices are followed.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews.
Remove impediments and foster high team performance.
Manage project scope and timeline.
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
Resolve conflicts and obstacles daily.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years IT experience with 3+ years in financial projects
Knowledge of Market Risk concepts and processes
Experience in Credit Risk or Liquidity Risk domains
Excellent Stakeholder management
Strong knowledge of financial instruments (derivatives)
Experience writing user stories with acceptance criteria in JIRA
