📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, and milestones; ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation.
• Identify risks and issues, propose mitigations, and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years IT project management experience in regulated environments.
• Budget control, resource management, timeline tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Technical understanding of IT systems, cloud solutions, SDLC, and integrations.
• Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM methods.
• Excellent English communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership to guide cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders.
