🎯 Requirements
- 3-5+ years IT MSP experience, incl. 2+ years hands-on project engineering.
- End-to-end IT infrastructure project delivery experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, AD; MSP tools (RMM, PSA).
- Solid CCNA-level networking knowledge.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects; strong communication.
- Located in/near NYC and able to travel to client sites.
