Manage end-to-end IT procurement for software and SaaS tools
Partner with internal teams to understand requirements and guide procurement
Lead and support commercial negotiations with vendors
Coordinate with vendors on NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, order forms and pricing
Act as single point of contact between vendors and internal Business, Legal, Security teams
Support contract reviews and drive timely closure with vendors

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years IT Procurement experience in software/SaaS
Hands-on end-to-end purchasing and renewals
Experience collaborating with Legal, Security, Finance, Business teams and vendors
Basic IT contract knowledge (NDA, MSA, SLA, Order Forms)
AI-forward environment experience using AI tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
